Three steps to a rehearsal

  2. Talk out loud

    The AI character in front of you reacts for real — it is shocked, it objects, it deflects. You are the manager; the conversation is yours to lead.

  3. Learn with the Coach

    When the conversation ends, the Coach goes through that moment with you: where you held, where you slipped, what you would change next time. This is where the learning actually happens.
