What does one credit cover?

Is there a discount on a bigger pack?

No. The price per credit is the same in every pack. The only difference with a bigger pack is that you pay less often.

Can we use it as a team?

Yes. On SME the team shares one credit pool and there is no seat limit; on Corporate there is seat-based licensing with a per-person usage cap. Both start with a quote.
