How a rehearsal works
Am I really speaking out loud?
Yes. You hold a real voice conversation through your microphone, and the AI character reacts in real time — they are shocked, they push back, they deflect. No typing; talking.
What do I need to start?
A device with a microphone and an up-to-date browser. There is nothing to download and no extension to install; you open a case and begin.
How long does a conversation take?
A conversation runs about 10 minutes at most. The Coach debrief follows, and that is where the learning happens.
Is the conversation in Turkish?
Yes. The characters, tones and scenarios are written for Turkish working life, and the conversation is held in natural Turkish speech.
Can I rehearse the same case again and again?
Yes — and it does not start in the same place. Your first attempt at a case runs at difficulty one; reaching the declared outcome opens the next level, missing it repeats the level. It stops at three. Every rehearsal spends one credit.
What happens if I leave a conversation halfway?
A conversation that stays very short refunds the credit in full and the session closes as cancelled. One that runs past that threshold counts as completed and spends the credit even if you close the tab. The conversation itself decides the outcome, not a button you press.
The Coach and the debrief
What exactly does the Coach do?
Once the conversation ends it talks that moment through with you: where you held, where you slipped, what you would change next time. It does not score and does not judge; it makes you notice, and helps you deliberately change one behaviour.
Am I being scored? Is this a test?
No. The Coach gives no score, percentage or grade. Scoring that would feed promotion, performance or assessment decisions is not done here as standing policy.
If the debrief drops, does it cost a second credit?
No. If the connection drops the debrief reopens; the credit was reserved for the whole session from the start, so nothing is charged twice. Once a debrief has completed, a second one is refused.
Credits and payment
What does one credit cover?
One conversation: talking a case through from start to finish, or reviewing it with the Koç. A product spends the number of credits its card declares.
Do my credits expire?
Individual credits are valid for 12 months from the day you buy them, and you can use them whenever you like within that period.
Is there a subscription?
No. When your credits run out you buy more yourself; nothing is charged to your card automatically. There is no setup, membership or cancellation fee either.
Is there a discount on a bigger pack?
No. The price per credit is the same in every pack; the only difference with a bigger pack is that you pay less often. The current figures are all on the pricing page.
What happens to my credits if the price changes?
Nothing. Credits you already hold keep the terms you bought them on; a later price change does not reach back.
Corporate use
Can we use it as a team in my organization?
Yes, in two models. On SME the team shares one credit pool and there is no seat limit. On Corporate there is a seat-based contract with a per-person usage cap. Both start with a quote.
How do we start as an organization?
With a quote. When it becomes a contract the seats open and you invite your people by email; credits load when the payment lands. A seat is taken the moment an invitation goes out, and freed if it is revoked or declined.
What can my employer see about me?
Corporate reporting is aggregate: team distributions and usage counts. What a person said in a conversation never reaches the employer. A competency row with fewer than ten people behind it produces no rate at all — the screen states the cohort size and why nothing is shown, not a number anybody could work backwards from.
Do I have to share my results with my organization?
No. Sharing with your organization is a consent separate from the KVKK acceptance at registration. Withhold it and nothing is shared; withdraw it later and sharing stops from that day, while what was already shared stays with the organization. On the manager’s side only the rehearsals you shared are counted — what you did not share enters no figure at all.
Data and privacy
Is my data safe?
KVKK acceptance is mandatory at registration and it is the basis on which we collect, store and process data. Your audio and transcript are processed within that scope, securely.
How long is my record kept?
Retention periods are set in months and a destruction pass runs every day to delete what has expired. When the purpose a record was kept for ends, its body is destroyed; where permission to destroy cannot be established the pass destroys nothing and reports why.
Can I request a copy of my data, or its deletion?
Yes. We serve requests under KVKK Art. 11: your copy is built from your own records and nobody else’s, and arrives through one short-lived secure link. A deletion request is recorded and carried out through an auditable process.

The best answer is a rehearsal.
The library is open to everyone. Deciding is easier once you can see what you would rehearse.
