2. Essential characteristics of the service

Project Atlas is a digital service performed instantaneously in an electronic environment (intangible digital content), in which users rehearse difficult conversations aloud with artificial intelligence characters and receive feedback from an artificial intelligence coach. There is no physical product delivery. Access to the service is provided by purchasing a subscription for a period and/or a credit / usage pack; one credit means the right to one rehearsal (conversation + coach evaluation).

3. Sale price, taxes and payment

The total price of the selected pack/subscription, VAT included, is shown on the order summary screen. Payment is collected in advance by credit card through the iyzico infrastructure. The Seller does not view or store card details.

4. Performance of the service

At the moment payment is confirmed, the subscription/credit is added to the account and the service begins to be provided instantaneously in an electronic environment. Once a rehearsal is started, the credit concerned is deemed spent and the service deemed performed in respect of that credit.

5. The right of withdrawal and its exception

As a rule the consumer has a 14-day right of withdrawal without giving a reason. However, pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed instantaneously in an electronic environment / intangible goods delivered instantaneously, or for services whose performance has begun with the consumer's approval.

At the time of purchase the consumer accepts that they expressly request instantaneous performance of the service and that they will lose the right of withdrawal in respect of the part whose performance/use has begun. Accordingly: credit that has never been used and a subscription that has never been started may be refunded within 14 days; the right of withdrawal ends for the part spent on a rehearsal or subscription that has been started.

6. Cancellation and refund

The refund rules are set out in detail in the Cancellation and Refund Terms. In summary: a full refund for unused credit / an unstarted subscription; no refund for the part relating to a rehearsal or subscription that has been started; where a rehearsal is left unfinished for a reason attributable to the Seller, the credit is made available for use again.

7. Where to take complaints and disputes

Within the monetary limits determined each year by the Ministry, the consumer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court of their place of residence or of the place where the transaction was carried out.

8. Personal data

By the nature of the service, voice recordings and conversation content are processed; the information and consent relating to this are covered by the separately published KVKK Disclosure Notice and Explicit Consent Statement.

9. Approval

The consumer approves this Pre-Contractual Information Form electronically, confirming that they have read and understood it, by ticking the relevant box on the purchase screen. The order cannot be completed without this approval.
